Role/Purpose:
We are currently looking to hire several superstar sales individuals to work for hardcore sales for a senior position.
The right candidate is an excellent communicator, with understanding of complex technologies benefits for clients and has proven ability to sell. The right person also has a keen eye for new opportunities and skills for presenting them effectively to our clients. The responsibilities will be to generate, develop, and close sales opportunities.
A successful candidate will be responsible for handling the hardcore sales activities. The key role will be targeting potential corporate customers and selling the transport management system product to them. Lead generation, client communication, relationship building, and consistently closing business on a monthly basis in order to meet or exceed targets are important job responsibilities.
A qualified candidate should possess excellent skills in oral, presentation, and written communication. The candidate needs to handle various challenges with an ability to solve them and thus possess ability to think outside of the box within a dynamic and fast paced work environment.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 -6 years in business development preferably in Transport Management System sales.
  • Excellent knowledge of the ITservices and experience of international marketing is an added advantage.
  • Great team player.
  • Should possess excellent skills for account handling and client relationship building.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • The ability to multi-task is crit
  • Exceptional listening, problem solving, and follow through skills.
  • Experience through the entire salescycle, including: building a pipeline, creating a proposal, presenting and discussing solutions with critical decision-makers, and contract negotiation is required.
  • Working closely with the marketing department to develop bespoke campaigns to relevant prospects
  • Inputting into salesand marketing collateral how the business positions itself for various audiences
    prior experience to acquire international projects for IT/IT
  • Managing a complex, solution sale with a 1 to 6 month purchasing cycle is preferred.
  • Lead generation, client retention, and achieving targets.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
